Where is the event?

Blue Ridge Electric Cooperative main office, 734 W Main Street Pickens SC.

Is the event indoors or outdoors?

The cruise-in cars are parked in various locations around our property. The entertainment stage is located under our equipment facility. While this is an outdoor area, it is completely covered.

Do you accept outside vendors?

We do not allow outside vendors of any kind (i.e food, sales, organizations) etc.)

Do you accept credit cards?

Yes, we accept VISA, Mastercard and American Express.

Are food and drinks available for purchase?

Yes, we offer a wide selection of food and drinks available for purchase. *This is an alcohol free event.*

Do you allow coolers?

Coolers are not allowed on event grounds.

Can we bring chairs to the event?

Chairs are permitted in the cruise-in area only. Chairs are provided in the entertainment area, therefore personal folding chairs are NOT permitted in this area.

Do I need a separate ticket for admission to see the cars?

No, whether you purchase an event ticket for $25, or bring a classic car to the cruise-in (car load up to 4 people) for $30, you have access to the car show and entertainment.

What is included in the cruise-in entry fee?

The entry fee for the cruise-in is $30 per car and admits up to four people. This fee also includes the entertainment for the evening. Individual event tickets can be purchased for members of your party if you have more than four people. Event tickets are not valid for cruise-in admission.

What is the criteria for entering a car in the cruise-in?

The entry fee for the cruise-in is $30 per car. To participate, you must bring a classic car (1989 or older) and park your car in the designated cruise-in area.

How much are tickets for the event?

Event tickets are $25 for adults, $15 for children ages 7-12 and children under 6 are free. Event tickets are not valid for cruise-in admission. The entry fee for the cruise-in is $30 per car and admits up to four people. Both options include the car show and entertainment.

How can I purchase tickets in advance?

You can purchase tickets online or in one of our office locations until noon the day of the event. Ticket gates will open at 3pm.

Where can I pick up event tickets that I purchased online?

Tickets purchased online are available at “Will Call”, located at any ticket gate the day of the event. Ticket gates open at 3pm. Tickets purchased online will not be mailed.

Where can I pick up raffle tickets that I purchased online?

Raffle ticket stubs purchased online can be picked up at the raffle tent the day of the event. Gates open at 3pm and the raffle tent is located inside the fence surrounding the equipment shed. Ticket stubs will not be mailed.

How early can I bring my classic car for the cruise-in?

Cruise-in pre-staging begins at 2pm and the cruise-in gates open at 3pm. Cars will be parked for the cruise-in based on order of arrival.
